- The administrators have access to your information, and can edit it
- Other than the administrators, your full information is shared with your gifter, but they can only see it
- If you participated in the last year's event and choose not to participate this year, your account will be deleted when the event starts
- Other than for website usage, your email address is only used for reminders and notifications about the event
- Administrators have access to your conversations, so they can help you in case you need help with anything related to it
